The Trainee Credit Controller will be responsible for providing all the Administrative support within the Department. This will also include being responsible for:
*Following up on all direct debit rejections by phone and securing repayment
*Adjustments of weekly rent amounts
*Allocation of cash
*Assisting in call handling
*Assist the Credit Controllers with Admin tasks as required
It would be a distinct advantage if you have previous experience of Credit Control from a previous position although this is not necessary. If you have worked in a role where you have had some exposure to this environment this would also be a bonus. You will need to have a strong and confident telephone manner to be considered for this role, if you have come from a position in Customer Service where you have dealt with difficult calls or complaints this would also be of interest to the company.
