Job Description

Due to the continued growth, a well-established company based in Burton On Trent are looking to recruit an Credit Controller join their business. This will be a full time permanent position, working hours Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30pm.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a can-do attitude, they should be used to working in a busy office environment and be able fit smoothly into our accounts team.

Key duties include:
• Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
• Processing credit card payments
• Dispute resolution with Clients
• Other general accounts administration

Key attributes:
• Good Microsoft program abilities - Word, Excel & Outlook
• High level of accuracy in data entry
• Professional phone manner
• Works well in a team
• Ability to work under pressure at busy periods and to deadlines
• Have previous credit control experience

Knowledge of Sage line 50 is preferred although not essential. My client are however looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running from day 1, needs to have experience in debt collecting.
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
