We are working alongside this larger than average academy in Bradford who have asked us to recruit Cover Supervisors for them who can become part of the teaching team.
This school in particular has sighted that graduates from a sports background are ideal, due to their experiences with large groups. Your role will essentially be to ensure that pupils are on task with their learning and that they are able to learn in a safe environment.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate confidence and awareness within the school. You will be asked to cover whole classes, covering a range of subjects, as well as using your skills from sports coaching to manage behaviour effectively.
