Are you currently an ACA / ACCA Auditor looking to move into Corporate Finance with an award winning team advising on completed deals worth in excess of £500 million within the South West?

Sheridan Maine is proud to be working with an esteemed Top 50 Practice on a rare opportunity as a Corporate Finance Lead Advisory. This Practice, located in heart of the Cotswolds, prides themselves on providing a full range of services to a thriving, varied client base and being very staff focused, offering benefits such as a modern social scene and a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

The role itself is a varied advisory role, reporting directly to the Partner of the firm and working in the Corporate Finance team to provide services such as:

• Assisting in lead advisory assignments with a value in excess of £15 million
• Evaluations of trading performances
• Preparing business valuations
• Providing Due Diligence services to clients and responding to enquiries
• Preparation of projections and underlying assumptions
• Dealing with client queries

Corporate Finance experience would be desirable but not essential. The suitable candidate will be a qualified (ACA / ACCA) Accountant with previous Practice experience and outstanding client facing skills.
