My client is currently requiring an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to work in their busy offices in Wellesborne. Working in a friendly team, this well-established firm can offer stability and personal development to employees along with excellent benefits. This will be a temporary ongoing position offering an hourly rate of £10 per hour.

Responsibilities for the role of Conveyancing Secretary:
Liaise with estate agents and mortgage lenders
Digital dictation to type up documents and correspondence
Completing forms and online land registry enquiries
Take calls, field calls and field emails
Diary management

Skills and experience required for the role of Conveyancing Secretary:
Demonstrable secretarial or paralegal experience in Conveyancing
Great communications skills
Audio typing experience
Impeccable typing speeds and accuracy
Work in an organised and efficient manner
Enjoy the challenge of a busy, varied role
Strong multi-tasker
Proactive and efficient
