Conveyancing Administrator
£16,000 - £18,000

The job description is as undernoted: -

The individual must possess excellent admin and organisational skills. They must be computer literate. High importance is placed on attention to detail, enthusiasm, conscientiousness, as well as drive and determination to ensure a job is well done.

Other key skills that important to our organisation are that you have the ability to learn quickly and are a team player.

Main duties required for the post of Conveyancing Administrator: -

Administration Tasks
Processing documents
Chasing information required
Receiving emails and responding where possible or forwarding to relevant person
Carrying out checks on documents
Generating of basic legal documents

Customer Service - Telephone Calls
Employees should be able to deal with telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner. We are a service industry and therefore high standards of professionalism are required when dealing with Clients and Advisers alike.

Communication skills
A high standard of written English is required in order to respond to enquiries either by email or letter.

Administrative skills
Applicants should be familiar with all aspects of general office duties and admin. In additional they should be PC literate – The candidate will require a thorough working knowledge of using MS Outlook/Word and a basic level of using MS Excel.

Computer systems
Our workflows are centred around our electronic systems; employees therefore should be able to carry out searches, electronically view documents, input data and correspond by e-mail quickly and efficiently following training.

Legal skills
Desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
