A fantastic opportunity is available for a Contract Administrator to join a highly reputable company near Birmingham Business Park

The role and responsibilities
-Ensure all contracts are compliant as per company policies.
-Draw up all contracts (new, extension, amendments)
-Monitor and enforce company policies (i.e. Offshore companies, credit checking, change of limited companies)
-Ensure accurate validation of contracts on in-house systems (impact on accurate payroll and billing).
-Update in-house for all contracts issued. Keep full and accurate history.
-Act as point of contact for contractors, clients and consultants for all queries, especially contracts received.
-Implement company procedures when there is a change of standard terms and process ensuring that each change is authorised.
-Chasing Investigations
-Contracts Missing Reports
-Amendments to Terms
-I.D Chasing
-Contractor management – This involved the full life cycle of candidate engagement after they have accepted an offer. The team managing internal portals/HUBS, generating extension reports, managing system changes for extensions and raising paperwork and processing exit interviews. You will also be the first point of call for contractor issues and ensuring the off-boarding process is followed and completed.
-Client Management – Supporting the Service Delivery Team in managing the client relationship and helping to track/record progress against clear and defined SLAs and KPIs
-Reporting/MI & Systems Management – Taking ownership of reports and MI as required by the client and Service Delivery Team ensuring all information is kept at 100% accuracy. Being responsible for the ATS (Taleo), fully managing the data/information is kept up-to-date and supporting the Service Delivery Team with events and building a social media presence for the client.

To be considered for this role you must have strong Administration skills, Compliance Administration

-Strong basic IT skills (e.g. Good working knowledge of Microsoft office)
-Attention to Detail
-An interest in learning and applying a knowledge of the issues and Legislation which impacts the recruitment industry
-Occasional Travel to other offices

The company are offering a salary of £21,000-£25,000 with 37.5 hours, free parking, New modern offices, Health Insurance, Pension scheme
