Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Contract Officer / Administrator to join their team for a minimum of 6 weeks. 
Our client, a social housing trust, are looking for candidates with housing experience, compliance experience and assets management experience.  

The hours are Monday - Friday on a shift pattern basis. 
Dress code is smart. 
The office is looking for someone who is bubbly, professional and proactive. 

Your duties will include: 
Organising repairs and replacements 
Dealing with queries and complaints 
Arranging for contractors to see clients
Dara entry
Filling and scanning 
support the delivery of plan maintenance.
Equipment replacement 
Compliance 

This will be a 1 stage interview with the client with an immediate start!
