This is initially a Fixed Term Contract for 9 Months, covering maternity leave however with the growth of the company there may be the opportunity to continue and develop a future career with the firm.
Oversee all new starters into a large contact centre of over 500 team members. Organise rota's, training, digital tools, virtual assistance, implementation and improvements.
Example of duties:
Balance workload and prioritise use of time ensuring Customer Service meets the health and safety/security requirements with maintaining the knowledge availability for the Advisors.
Oversee the ordering, delivery and distribution of uniform, IT, consumables and stationary for customer service staff.
Support Customer Service in planning and tracking of advisors attendance of courses.
Monitor the scope, timing and resources needed to maintain and expand online and digital tools including the virtual assistant.
Engage with stakeholders to foster future expansion and strategy.
Review and provide insight into user behaviour and recommend enhancements.
A background within a Contact Centre of Scheduling role is required for this role.
