Are you currently a main contracting construction planner or perhaps an operational professional looking to take a step into planning? If either are the case, then perhaps a role where you're working very closely with the operational lead of a successful £50m turnover business unit could be for you.

The Business;
Within a UK-wide construction group, the midlands division operate to a £50m turnover with a healthy profit margin and are targeting a slow, sustainable growth to £55m in 2021. Operating across the residential space within housing, apartments and student accommodation, this business are amongst the leaders regionally. Regionally, this is a business unit covering the east and west midlands and with a healthy split of public and private sector, alongside their core focus in residential, this provides them with a stable revenue stream and real focus in a very competitive market.

The Role:
Effectively, this construction planner position is working alongside the regional operations manager as a direct reporting line working on pre-construction and post-contract planning. You'll have the responsibility over all projects falling into this business unit.
