Working hours are Monday - Thursday 39.5 hours per week.
The salary on offer is competitive per annum (depending on experience) plus an additional and achievable bonus which is paid annually.
The Pre-Employment Screening team are an essential function supporting the recruitment delivery process. They manage the extensive process of ensuring all relevant Pre-employment Screening requirements are obtained and maintained according to stringent client standards and Data protection laws.
You will be joining a team that delivers a comprehensive suite of background checks, to ensure only quality, fully vetted candidates are placed with clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all new starters.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a professional corporation in an administrative capacity, knowledge and experience of pre-employment vetting and compliance is desirable and experience of being audited by Government agencies would be an advantage.
Excellent and accurate IT skills, high standard of written and spoken communication, with a good telephone manner and strong organisational skills and administration processes.
