Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator to work on a 9-10 month fixed term contract for our client SHB Vehicle Hire, a market leading national vehicle fleet management company. This position will be based at their Romsey depot.

Your duties as a Compliance Admin will include:
*Scanning inspection sheets and documents onto the computer system to create an auditable vehicle history.
*Posting or emailing of documentation as required in a timely manner.
*Monitoring stock levels of inspection sheets as posting out along with envelopes and other items as required.
*Dealing with MOTs, Tachos, PMI, VOSA Certificates etc. as appropriate.
*Processing of timesheets for mobile mechanics ensuring they are forwarded to wages department in a timely manner in order to meet the weekly/monthly pay runs.
*Closing off workshop WIPs as required.
*Ensure any job and system data entered is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
*Monitor system data integrity and provide reports as required.
*General administrative duties as required such as raising and taking calls, inputting data onto the in-house computer system ensuring accuracy of records, procedures and documentation.
*Processing of invoices ensuring that these are checked and verified.
*Opening and dealing with the post on a daily basis.
*Provide overflow cover for the telephones ensuring customers are not kept waiting unduly and dealing with the calls as appropriate.
*Adhere to all SHB processes and procedures.
*Any other tasks required.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
*Business standard IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
*Excellent communication and customer care skills.
*A good standard of both written and spoken English.
*A tenacious, enthusiastic, and flexible disposition.
*Good self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Ability to work well as part of a team, and also on their own when required.
*Be a well organised individual with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
