A fantastic opportunity is available for a Complaints Team Manager to join a growing company in the Birmingham/ Solihull area with our well established client within the Energy industry

The role and responsibilities 
-As a Complaints Team Manager you will need to have at least 2 years management experience within a call centre environment
-At least 2 years complaint handling experience
- Previous experience dealing with the ombudsman 
-You will be managing work streams and allocate work to the complaints team
-Lead and Develop the team through coaching and performance management, identifying training needs along side learning and development 
-Be the final point of escalation for an unresolved complaints including fulling investigating all elements of the complaint and accurately documenting according to internal policies and procedures

To be considered for this role you must have worked within Complaints, Team Management within a call centre and the Energy industry

The company are offering a salary of £25,000-£30,000 with hours between Monday- Friday 8am till 18.00pm and 1 in 3 saturdays 9am till 17.00pm, fantastic benefits include, Childcare vouchers, Company pension scheme, Free car parking, Discount website
