If you immediately available and have a flare for giving excellent customer service then this will be the right role for you.
You will be working 40 hours a week. Dress code is smart casual.
The first 2 weeks is “Class room” training, based on performance in training they will move you onto the phones.
Your duties include:
- Taking Inbound calls
- Updating spreadsheets and systems
- Speaking with your colleagues
- Passing details onto the account managers
- Giving excellent customer service skills
