This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Complaints Handler to join a small compliance team and take responsibility for the customer complaints process, acknowledging, investigating and constructing response letters.
Further responsibilities will include assisting with Quality Assurance tasks including call compliance and monitoring, analysing data and identifying trends to introduce improvements and efficiencies.
Ideal applicants will have a background within Consumer Finance, working within FCA regulations and be familiar with the Financial Ombudsman Service policies and procedures.
In addition to experience, applicants must be able to demonstrate a confident phone manner, excellent attention to detail, initiative, the ability to work to deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced non-corporate environment.
Although initially based in the centre of Altrincham, please note the firm is moving to central Manchester in the coming weeks.

Hours – Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm on a rota basis, 10-4 on Saturdays and 11am – 4pm on Sundays, again on a rota basis.
