A warm friendly small design company with room to grow, currently providing meals for approximately 35 on site in a small domestic style well equipped kitchen. Looking for a chef with experience in personal well-presented cooking. A personable individual who is able to work alone and produce good quality wholesome fresh food. A working knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Safety is a requirement.

NVQ level 1 a must, Level 2 preferred
Fresh Food production
Attention to detail
Good Time Keeper
Good comprehension of Food and Safety and Health & safety and Allergen regulations
Compile weekly menus to costings/budget
Fresh Food Production
Set up for self service
Ability to work alone
Clean and tidy work ethic
Compile orders for menu
