Community Care Assistant - NR4

Due to the increased demand for healthcare staff supporting people in the Norfolk community, we are increasing our team numbers to provide care and support to people with health and social care needs living in their own homes.

We are currently recruiting home care assistants to join the domiciliary care team in our Norwich branch. We are in need of caring, compassionate and reliable individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of others.

You will be working out in the community, visiting service users in their homes to provide support with:

Personal Care

Moving and Handling

Maintaining Household Tasks

Promoting independence and providing social support

Administering/Prompting medication

Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking

We are currently recruiting individuals to work in the Lakenham area of Norwich, This position offers flexible hours and we can accommodate you if you are only looking to work morning, evenings and/or weekends.

Care assistants are ideally required to start at either 7:00 AM or 16:00 PM and work every other weekend - however if your availability doesn't fit to this we would still love to hear from you.

Previous care experience is useful however it is not essential as we will provide you with full training to give you the skills and knowledge needed for the role.
