This is a full time, permanent role - paying £35,000 to £45,000 per annum - this role is based in central London.
Core duties of the Communications Manager include:
" Lead the communications strategies for multiple programmes from concept development to market implementation, for a wide range of clients, both existing and new.
" Create and implement communications strategies for the organisation and their clients.
" Manage outreach campaigns, including event recruitment for clients.
" Develop a network of education influencers to help deliver communications challenges.
" Set KPIs, track and report on all communications work.
" Lead internal knowledge-sharing and quality control around communications work
" Work closely with marketing colleagues to ensure we deliver integrated marketing and comms campaigns for clients.
" Work closely with programme / film / design / events colleagues to ensure we identify and communicate the key messages of a project to their audiences.
" Work closely with our film and design colleagues to create compelling assets for our communications work.
" Work with the Marketing and Communications Officer to set overall direction, setting your own day to day priorities to reflect this.
" Lead delivery of projects to schedule, budget and within organisational standards.
" Work on business development tenders and pitches.
" Line manage, develop and lead a team of 2 x Communications Executives.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of multi channel communications and marketing within the educational sector.
