My client is an independent catering company who pride themselves on delivering fresh, nutritious food using fresh ingredients to their clients.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to work within a brigade of chefs in a busy, boarding school where the food standards are high and an enjoyable dining experience is created. You will assist your team in prepping and producing all the food ranging from breakfast, lunch, dinner to a high standard dining. You will work closely with the chefs, developing your skillset.
Due to the location of the school, your own transport would be preferable.
This role would suit someone who has recently left catering college and looking to train and develop their skills within a busy fresh food environment.
This exciting role requires a committed, creative and enthusiastic Commis Chef with a genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop.
This is 5 out of 7 operation, shifts will be between the hours of 5.45am and 7pm
40 hours per week on a rota basis.
A level of flexibility is required in accordance with the needs of the business.
