Commis/Demi Chef - £21,000 - £23,000 - Prestigious Private Members Club - Surrey

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an exclusive private members Golf Club. Rated one of the top clubs in the country - the food and service reflects this.
Looking for a CDP/ Demi / Commis Chef. The chefs work a 5 day week, 9 hour shifts in the summer season and 7 hours in the winter.

The kitchen is open every day, catering for both the bar and restaurant as well as tournament golf days and functions throughout the year. All fresh food based with seasonal menu changes and daily specials, there is plenty of scope for menu ideas and input using a well managed on site fresh produce facility, great benefit's of using produce during the season's.

We also have a pizza oven and modern outdoor cooking environment

The ideal chef:

Passionate about delivering high quality food in a fresh food environment.
Ensure that all work is conducted in a clean & tidy manner.
High standards of food hygiene and H&S
Run & maintain their section in the kitchen
Work with senior chefs to develop seasonal menus for business & tournaments
Keen to learn & take direction
Own Transport required due to location
