We are looking for a Commis Chef to join an award winning visitor attraction in the Lake District.
Working within an inspirational bistro-style environment, you can expect to be producing an ever changing menu utilising good honest locally produced ingredients.
You will be joining a team of passionate chefs, who together have a wealth of experience, and have been recommended by the Michelin Guide.
You will be given a number of training opportunities through on the job and classroom based methods.
The successful candidate will be confident, creative and passionate about good food served well.
You will have previous experience in a similar role and be looking to develop your skill base further, or have recently completed an apprenticeship and looking for promotion.
Consideration will also be given to those working in a junior capacity as a Kitchen Assistant looking for that next step up the career ladder.
Ideally you will have gained a level 2/3 qualification in professional cooking or equivalent or have recently been studying a similar qualification at College.This is an exciting opportunity for those wishing to carve a phenomenal career with the catering industry
