The hotel has recently appointed a new executive head chef who is looking for a passionate, ambitious chef who would like the opportunity to develop their career working with locally sourced fresh produce and under the guidance of an experienced industry professional.
The job will be working 5 days per week, both straight and split shifts. Splits will be from 10am-3pm / 5pm-10pm. 28 days holiday, staff meals on duty, free uniform provided.
This job is ideal for a chef who is really looking to improve their cooking skills, would like the opportunity to improve their pastry skills and a chef who is reliable and committed to the job.
