Job Title: Commercial Administrator

The roleAs a Commercial Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the Land Commercial Department.
Day to day, you'll be working at the main head office for land, which is on an army headquarters, which holds the majority of board room meetings and all land sector interactions. You'll assist in the operation of the Andover office, processing all visitors and management of meeting facilities for the Commercial team.
- Administration and processing of Commercial Documentation
- General administrative duties, includes report writing, minute taking, filing, visitor notifications, ordering supplies (including contractor assistance)
- Use of Business applications and reporting processes
- Production & publication of Commercial communications & reports
Essential experience of the Commercial Administrator- Experience using MS Office, excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint
- Excellent people skills
- Thorough organisational skills with a can-do attitude
- Problem solving
- Flexible and resourceful
- Ability to work independently
This role is part time based on site in Andover. This will be 25 hours per week over 5 days, there is some flexibility on hours worked.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
