Job Description

Parker Jones are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful, privately owned house builder based in Oxfordshire, who are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their team.

The role:

As the successful applicant you will be working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director.

Duties include keeping payment record sheets up to date on a weekly basis, liaising with suppliers and other departments within the business to ensure timely completion of projects, as well as assisting with sub-contractor payment processes.

The applicant:

As the successful applicant you will ideally have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a house builder or main contractor.

Although this role is within the commercial department they will consider people who have worked within other housing departments such as Technical or Customer Care.


Offering between £20,000 and £25,000 dependant on experience, as well as 28 days holiday, pension, healthcare, as well as a childcare voucher scheme.


This role will initially be home based during lockdown with a view to working in the office once the climate changes.

Full remote training and equipment will be provided

The role has been fully signed off and is an ASAP hire with plenty of work to do.
