£25,000-£30,000 plus Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Club/Membership Manager to join this leading dynamic property company who specialise in Business Centres

Part of this business centre has a network of creative drop-in hubs this enables Membership users to unlock access to one or all of the co-working business venues across London.

Co-working has become an established method of working in the UK and across various business centres pioneering the offering of a multi-space network. The initiative gives new and growing companies the opportunity to be in a co-working environment, where like-minded people can meet, share ideas, and collaborate. A busy evening events calendar augments the networking and fosters growth.

This dynamic set up deal for new and growing businesses looking to enhance and develop their business operations without the commitment of a traditional office.The venues benefit from being situated within this clients larger business centres, offering members plentiful networking and collaborative opportunities with a thriving business community of 4,000+ established entrepreneurs.

The Role:-
This leading client looking for a sales driven and exceptionally organised person to be on site with customers at a few of the Business Club Venues.
The successful candidate will own the performance of their Club venues from sales, to customer satisfaction and member retention, to hosting mutually beneficial events for both members and the profile of the venue amongst relevant audiences.
Therefore, you'll need to be a superb 'multi-tasker', someone who is able to juggle the multiple and varying demands of the role while keeping calm and retaining a smile. This position requires a sense of humour and a happy willingness to 'get your hands dirty' where necessary in ensuring the smooth running of these inspiring business venues.

Key Responsibilities:-
Selling
Fulfilling enquiry response expectations for all enquiries relevant to allocated Clubs.
Conducting viewings and selling memberships, as well as upgrading membership packages.
Member retention activities.
Familiarisation with competing centres and services in the local areas.
Promote other Client services to members and when businesses grow, encourage expansion into the companies offices.
Liaise with Centre Managers and the Lettings team when members expand their businesses into the business centres offices.
Community hosting
Travelling between Club locations to ensure the upkeep of each allocated Club.
Responding to, and acting on, member needs, concerns and aspirations.
Encouraging and enabling member networking through recommendations, introductions, interaction and collaboration.
First point of contact for technical issues/queries.
Events (can range from workshops and seminars open to the public to small community building events such as breakfast clubs and networking evenings.)
Research potential new events relevant to members.
Be responsible for the logistics and running of all owned events, including attending evening events on occasion.
Promoting events through content for the Companies website, emails to members, leafletting in the local area and other initiatives.
Initiatives to maximise on the data and footfall obtained through events.

Space/ facilities management
Liaising with Centre Managers and Facilities Managers at all Club sites.
Complete daily health and safety checks ensuring the Clubs are secure, clean and well maintained.
Ensuring the space is always fit for use, tidy, and appropriately stocked.
Managing relationships with suppliers, responsible for purchasing, processing PO's, invoices and expenses.
