Copart UK Limited is a critical outsource partner to all of the UK motor insurance companies, providing essential services that relate to the UK transport infrastructure by collecting, transporting and storing accident damaged vehicles. Copart is also intrinsic to the waste management, recycling and disposal of end-of-life vehicles which has been deemed critical and therefore are able to remain fully operational whilst ensuring social distancing measures are met, during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
We are a small close-knit team that support each other like a family. You will enjoy working closely alongside your experienced team mates to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction that the industry has to offer.
As a Claims Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Claims Settlement and Valuation Services team in supporting the drive forward by identifying, promoting and delivering continuous improvement to ensure Operational Excellence.
Main Duties & Responsibilities;
Consistently improve upon and deliver a Customer Experience to the highest standards to both internal and external customers.
Meet the required quality standards of operation to ensure Operational Excellence.
To ensure that all data entry and administrative work is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
Build rapport with internal and external customers whilst providing empathy to their situation.
Ensure a strong level of productivity is consistently achieved.
Be fully aware of cost-effective measures at all times and contribute ideas for further improvements
