Chef Supervisor/Manager – Work/Life Balance - Up to £22,000

Role Overview:

A leading outdoor leisure/retail company looking for a Chef Supervisor for their site in Hereford. The company has a passion for food and developing its talent. The successful candidate will work 5 out 7 days per week.  All shifts are during the day, evenings off.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities as Chef Supervisor:

  • Team supervision


  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene


  • Maintains stock levels and control waste within the restaurant


  • Actively up sells so that customers have an inspiring dining experience

     


 

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef Supervisor:

  • Experience as a Chef/Team leader in a similar establishment


  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent


  • Passionate about food and customer service


  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
