Chef Manager - B&I
£30k - Monday to Friday
*The client has specifically asked for someone who has Chef Manager Experience within contract catering managing medium to large sized teams. Unfortunately, they will not take your application forward if you do not have this background
Chef Manager needed for a B&I site in East Surrey. The role includes cooking breakfast for up to 100 covers, and 150 lunches with a deli counter service.
They need a strong leader who has experience with the paperwork and financial side of things.
Key information on the Chef Manager Role:
* Permanent contract
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday hours
* 07.00am - 15.00pm, Monday to Friday
* Very rare functions such as parents evenings
