Job Description

MAT Cover 9-12 months The Senior Credit Controller for Key Accounts will be responsible for overseeing a number of high generating accounts to ensure payment of any outstanding debt. The Senior Credit Controller will be required to develop relationships with the customers and internal functions such as National Accounts and Sales to quickly identify and resolve any issues. This is an exciting opportunity for someone already experienced in Credit Control looking after high value accounts. You will enjoy building relationships with customers and working closely with internal stakeholders. Role Responsibilities: • Management of a portfolio of high spending accounts • Act as a business partner with the National Accounts division in order to effectively reduce overdue debt • Work closely with internal functions to minimise any opportunity of bad debt • Cash collection of all past due debt • Production of reports relating to past due debt • Provide support on overseas customer queries • Investigate issues raised by internal/external parties • Regularly visit customers to maintain close relationship and manage regular conference calls with customers The Ideal Person: • Experience within credit control for collection of debt • Face to face and telephone experience interaction with customers • Dealing with high value customers • Internal relationship building experience • Finance background (ideally credit control) • Intermediate excel ability • Confident in decision making • Ability to hit targets and work in fast paced environment • Able to build relationships internally and externally What you'll get in return The chance to join a multinational organisation with ambitious growth plans and one where team members truly matter.
