Recruiting for a Chef to join a reputable golf club near Godalming, The Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a daily specials board. All food is freshly prepared onsite, they also cater for member's functions as well as special events.
The role is working 40 hours a week, daytime hours being 830am until 430pm during the week and at weekends 8am until 4pm, you will get 1 weekend off a month.
Main duties and responsibilities Chef in:
Implement Health & Safety legislation and COSHH at all times
Preparation of food for large volumes of customers
What you need to be successful in the Chef in:
Experience at Sous Chef level or similar background
Qualified NVQ or equivalent
Works well under pressure
Experienced at running events
Experience with setting menus and food pricing
