Chef de Partie - Hotel - Torquay - Up to £21,000 + Tips


We are a beautiful hotel in the heart of Torquay, looking to recruit a well experienced Chef de Partie for our excellent kitchen. A big operation with a large brigade we will be looking for the candidate to be well driven, well-motivated with a passion for the industry. Working a minimum of 45 hours per week we offer a great staff incentive programme to co-inside with employment with us.


We have a big conference and banqueting facility and cater for a great amount of weddings in the year alongside our mouth watering brassiere menu that we offer our guests as well as bar and room service food.


The Role:
* To assist in preparing and cooking food to a quality standard according to set procedures and to assist in ensuring all dishes are ready for services.
* Producing dishes to meet the required standard
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

The Requirements:
* You will have experience of working in a similar environment
* A background in A'La Carte Cooking
* You must have a good understanding of written and spoken English.
* Have a good understanding of elements involved in working in a big brigade.
