Chef de Partie - Hotel - Hook - £22,000 PA

The role:

Chef De Partie required for a Hotel situated in a Beautiful setting in Hook. The Hotel covers weddings, conferences and events throughout the year. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard.

You must have a positive attitude!

Your main responsibilities as a Chef De Partie will include:

  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

What you need to get the job:

  • Experience Chef De Partie level or Commis Chef looking to step up
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
