Role: Chef de Partie x2

Location: Wokingham

Site: Education

Hours: Early - 7am to 3pm, Mid - 9am to 5pm, Late - 10.30am to 7.30pm

Weekends: 1 weekend out of 4, working 11 weekends per year

We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie for this impressive education site near Wokingham. We are looking for a somebody with an excellent track record and great experience; ideally within an educational site.
As Chef de Partie, you will have a real drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Committed to food and customer service
  • Assist in stock taking and ordering
  • Prepare healthy home-cooked meals
  • Clean food preparation areas as determined by law and Health & Safety policy
  • Make adjustments to food items to accommodate pupils with allergies, specific dietary requirements
  • Order ingredients as needed

  • Chef De Partie background
  • A motivator and able to work well within a team
  • Great attention to detail
  • A creative thinker with sound knowledge of the latest food trends
  • Have sound knowledge of hygiene, health and safety requirements
