Are you an experienced Chef de Partie with a real passion for qualify fresh food?
As a Chef de Partie you'll have the opportunity to gain experience working across all areas of the kitchen and will be key in supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and fine dining for events and private bookings.
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in a working kitchen. You will also have good communication skills (both written and verbal), flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work, willingness to learn and an awareness of health and safety standards and requirements.
Chefs de Partie role involves a range of duties including:
- Fresh food preparation
- Embracing our food culture and designing menus
- Stock control
- Meeting food safety and cleaning standards
