Chef de Partie - Dartmouth - £22,000 - Hotel
Our award-winning AA rosette restaurant, run by our talented team of chefs is now looking for its next up and coming Chef de Partie to aid us serve a fantastic lunch and dinner menu with the best local produce available.
Our Kitchen team is the drive behind how successful our hotel runs and we will be looking for an experienced chef to enable us to move to the next level. Working a varied shift pattern on a 40 - 45 hour per week, we offer all our team a share of gratuities and would love for you to join us.
* To assist in preparing and cooking food to a quality standard according to set procedures and to assist in ensuring all dishes are ready for services.
* Producing dishes to meet the required standard
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
* You will have experience of working in a similar environment
* A background in Rosette Cooking is desired but not essential
* You must have a good understanding of written and spoken English.
* Have a good understanding of elements involved in working in a big brigade.
* Salary up to £22k+
