The role:

I would like to invite an experienced and ambitious Chef de Partie to join pub & restaurant which offers fine dining in relaxed, elegant surroundings in the charming village near Chichester in West Sussex This is an opportunity for career and good reputation driven Chef who takes pride in what you do and dishes that you present.  

 You will be working 40/45 hours per week  , on mixed shifts, live in available , 60 cover restaurant , share of weekly tips .

  • Helping create new recipes and write menus

  • C&G 706 1/2, NVQ 1/2 qualification or equivalent
