The Role Chef de Partie:
Chef de Partie required for a 4 star Country House Hotel ideally situated in the heart of the beautiful Dorset countryside. The Hotel has two bars and an award-winning 1 Rosette restaurant serving a range of exceptional seasonal dishes, equally popular with locals and guests alike. Our client also received Gold in the Taste of the West Awards 2015.
Our client is part of a large group of hotels with fantastic facilities and excellent career opportunities.
Your main responsibilities as Chef de Partie:
" Producing dishes to meet the required standard
" Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
" Supervising the Commis Chefs
“ Running a section in the kitchen
What you need to get the job Chef de Partie:
" Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
" Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
" Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
