Chef de partie -Luxury Hotel Rosette Standard -£25k+Tips + bonus

Role Overview:

Job title: Chef de Partie

Location: Brighton - outskirts, Sussex

Contract type: Permanent - full time

Salary: £25, 000 P/A + tips + bonus ( paid overtime over 50 hours)

Hours: 50 hours a week,

Shifts: 4 or 5 days a week - 2 full days off, 1 weekend off each month, Christmas off

The Role:

  • Ensuring food safety and health & hygiene at all times
  • To assist in the preparation & planning of menu ideas
  • To prepare and cook food to a required quality standard
  • To train & develop the team

The Requirements:

  • To be organised in your tasks and prioritise your work
  • Proven skills as a Chef in a fresh food led kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of all Food Safety practises, to include HACCP, COSHH
  • Ability to work well in team and have a clear set target for personal achievements
