The kitchen cater for a brasserie using locally sourced fresh ingredients, busy all day bar menu and functions, including weddings, for up to 120 guests.
The position of chef de partie will be helping with all of the above services, with a prime focus on the restaurant, continuously looking at ways to improve, ensuring high levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety at all times.
The job is working 5 days out of 7, 40 hours per week, straight shifts. Shifts will vary depending on business needs so flexibility is key. Salary is negotiable up to £21,000pa, with 28 days holiday, opportunities to progress and extra benefits including hotel group discounts, staff meals and uniform.
Due to the hotel location it is essential to have access to your own transport.
