The pub is a very popular venue in the area offering fresh modern british dishes. They frequently change their menu's and source local ingredients to give the freshest possible plates of food.
The chef de partie position will be preparing and cooking the fresh ingredients to a consistently high standard, training junior team members, giving ideas for new menu's and maintaining high levels of food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times.
The job is working 45 hours per week, both straight and split shifts. It is essential to have access to your own transport.
