The hotel is a popular spot for functions and private parties, they also cater for carvery, afetrnoon teas and daily bar/snack menu.
The position of chef de partie will be helping with the preperation and cooking of ingredients for all menu's, including the service of weddings and a la carte restaurant orders. They use both fresh and frozen produce to help maintain a consistent level of service.
The job is working 5 days out of 7, straight shifts and to a 40 hour contract. Shifts will vary depending on business needs, so flexibility is a must. The hotel can be reached by public transport.
