My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented and innovative Chef de Partie with experience of working within a 4 star hotel or high end conference centre, wanting to progress within a skilled team. You will demonstrate exceptional craft skills using locally sourced, fresh ingredients with a creative ideas and different flavours. The style varies from street food, gastro aswell as events with hog roasts and BBQ’s.
The successful candidate will have experience within a similar high end environment, have a genuine passion for food and providing the best service. This exciting role requires someone who is willing to learn and work closely with your team. You will be forward thinking and dedicated with a view to progress within the company.
You will have your NVQ lever 2 or higher.
Working 42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Shifts are as follows:-
6am until 2.30pm
7am until 3.30pm
2pm – until 10.30pm
A degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of the role.
