The hotel caters for a daily evening a la carte restaurant menu, daytime bar snack menu and frequent functions for up to 300 guests. The kitchen use fresh locally sourced produce and the team of professional chefs prepare and present these ingredients to a consistent high standard.
The job is working 39 hours per week, straight shifts and two days off. Shifts are usually from 2-10pm but flexibility is required as some shifts may require an early brekfast shift or earlier start to prepare a function. It is essential to have your own transport due to location of the property and the successful candidate will receive free meals on duty, free access to the on-site leisure facilities and 28 days annual leave.
