The hotel, which is located in a small village within the Solihull area is a vey popular venue for the local community and for private weddings. They have two functions rooms seating up to 120 guests alongside a casual dining restaurant seating up to 80 guests.
The position of chef de partie will be catering for both the restaurant and banqueting events. Using fresh locally sourced produce, within a team of 6 chefs and maintaining high levels of service at all times.
Other duties of the job will include; ordering, stock takes, staff training and creation of new dishes.
The job itself is working 5 days per week, both straight and split shifts, including weekday and weekend shifts. Usual split shifts are from 9:30-3pm / 5:30 - 10pm.
