Are you looking for a role with a great work life balance, structured hours of work and a great team of chefs to work with then this is the job for you?

We are looking for a chef that has a good background with fresh ingredients and can look after a lunch and dinner service for our educational unit just 1 mile away from the nearest train station.  With a great work life balance this role can enable you to work temping through the summer season as well has either having Christmas and Easter off.

You will be working straight shifts and must have the ability to use your own initiative to produce high quality food for the site.  We are very big on ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy throughout the day as well as ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.  We would ask the individual to help assist the Head Chef with paperwork including stock ordering and menu planning.

Previous chef experience and good communication skills are vital to the role.  Basic Food Hygiene certificate is advantageous as well as a Basic Health and Safety certificate.

A DBS Check will be needed to be carried out if you are not already cleared.
