Strong Chef de Partie in a High End Kitchen in Central Winchester 
Full Time Permanent  

Hourly rate/Salary: Salary Package including tips up to  £26,000 per annum.  


The role:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie. It was converted from a pub into a quaint and quirky restaurant, this high end fine dining central Winchester restaurant is awarded with accolades envied by competitors.


Ingredients are sourced from some of the best local suppliers that can be found and have our own forager who brings the most seasonal and freshest products available.

Located nearby is our kitchen garden where we grow some of our own herbs and vegetables, all of which helps to inspire the kitchen team to create the menu using wild, unusual and forgotten ingredients.



Key information:

  • Full Time, Permanent Contract.

  • You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week – depending on business needs.

  • Working Straight Shifts – 12noon – Finish

  • Dinner Service only Monday to Friday & Lunch & Dinner Service Saturday & Sunday

  • Benefit from a competitive salary and Christmas OFF

Key responsibilities include:

You will be preparing and cooking dishes to the required standard. Ensuring all areas are clean and tidy during and after service. Compliance with all health & hygiene and competent with running a section.
