Chef Needed - Independent Event Caterer

Straight Shifts

40 HOURS A WEEK

Flexible salary

Job title: Chef (CDP or Sous chef level)
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Flexible - £18 - £25k

Shifts: straight shifts, mainly 06am - 2pm, alternate weekends included, rare evenings

Main duties and responsibilities Chef in High Wycombe:

  • Implement Health & Safety legislation and COSHH at all times
  • Cater for functions and conference centres
  • Preparation of food for medium volumes of customers - all cooked from scratch
  • Menu creation


What you need to be successful in the Chef in High Wycombe:

  • Would suit someone looking for a smaller unit where you can work closely with the owners or someone who has held a position of responsibility but would now prefer a job with 'less pressure'
  • Good communication
  • Works well under pressure
  • Previous experience in contract catering and/or banqueting
