Role Overview:

With three successful kitchens and a busy Conference & Events function, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team and lead from the front; training, inspiring and empowering their kitchen brigade whilst driving high standards and profitability

We are looking for a people-focused Chef de Partie who wants to motivate their brigade in creating unique and impressive menus and upholding exceptional standards in both preparation and presentation.

This particular Chef de Partie will have a range of experience within Conference & Events, and will be excited to find out that this is a particularly successful function for the Hotel.

Your main responsibilities as Chef de Partie will include:

  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Work alongside the other chefs in the kitchen

What you need to get the job:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent -Not Essential
  • Passionate about food
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
