We have a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our amazing team in our rosette standard kitchen. We are looking for a chef with great determination and passion that will help motivate an already aspiring kitchen brigade.  With its different types of menus the kitchen offers we are looking for a chef that is not afraid of hard work and is someone we can teach and develop into an award winning chef in our industry.

Approx. 10 minutes from the nearest train station, the site is located on the shores of St Austell and has an outstanding view of the Cornwall coast.  Our venue has an award winning golf course as well as being a high class wedding venue for couples looking to share one of its most important moments in life.

The applicant must be:

The applicant will work a mixture of shifts including straight and split shifts

The applicant will be required to work 5 days a week including weekends and national bank holidays
