Chef de Partie - 4* Hotel - Basingstoke- £22k+ Tips
Chef De Partie required for a 4 star Country House Hotel ideally situated in the beautiful Basingstoke countryside. The Hotel has a Rosette restaurant and covers weddings and functions throughout the year. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard.
Rosette experience is required.
Your main responsibilities as a Chef De Partie will include:
" Running a section within the kitchen
" Producing dishes to meet the required standard
" Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
What you need to get the job:
" Experience Chef De Partie level or Commis Chef looking to step up
" Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
" Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
" Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
" Salary of 22K - £23K + share of tips
" Straight Shifts
